How you get paid

When a buyer pays on VectorFinds Store (Pay Now (Funds frozen), or Pay on Delivery (M-Pesa)), your share is sent here automatically, after commission. The small M-Pesa fee for sending you the money is taken from your share. Buyers never pay it.

Vacation mode

Freezes your account until you turn it off: your items are hidden and buyers can't place orders. Orders already in progress can still be completed.

Delivery

If you have a trusted courier, tick it once here. New listings start with this choice, and it updates whenever you post with a different one.

When a buyer asks for delivery, you get a notification and type the delivery fee in a chat. The order is confirmed when the buyer agrees to it. The delivery fee is paid online with the order.

Courier cash disclaimer. Couriers are your own. VectorFinds Store does not employ them or handle the cash they collect, and is not responsible for money, loss or damage while an item is with a courier. Commission on the item price is still due.
